Maulana Allama Masood-ul-Rehman Usmani murder case has made great progress.



The Federal Police traced the suspects involved in the killing of Maulana Allama Masood-ul-Rehman, the central deputy secretary general of the Ulema Council. Initially, four suspects were involved in the target killing.

According to federal police sources, the suspects are related to a banned religious organization and the arrest of the accused is expected in the next few days.


According to federal police sources, the accused had chased Maulana Allama Masoodur Rehman from Rawalpindi, the responsibility of two of the accused was to shoot Riki and two, the police has been able to identify the accused through a footage.

It should be noted that Maulana Masoodur Rahman Usmani was killed in an assassination attack on January 5 this month in the federal capital Islamabad.

In Islamabad, the motorcycle-riding accused shot at Masoodur Rahman Usmani, he died of his injuries.
